When you place a bulk order of 5+ pieces within 90 days of receiving your sample, the full sample cost is deducted from your bulk invoice. No separate claim process — it's automatic on your first PO.

Each sample comes with the full product (flower head, stem, motor unit for motorized models), a USB power cable, and a spec sheet with SKU, dimensions, and care instructions. No retail packaging.
